The yellow cottage nestled in behind "Annie's Place" at 3899 Victoria Rd is "The Bird's Nest", a quiet, private spot to unwind and relax for a family vacation or to work on a relationship with a spouse, family members(s) or friend(s).

This cozy, comfortable cottage has a leather L-shaped sofa with recliner and a gas fireplace that will be sure to add warmth and encourage positive feelings.

The 3 bedrooms will accommodate 6 people comfortably with 2 double beds, one single bed and a futon.  The satellite TV, VCR/DVD can be seen from the front bedrooms along with the flames of the gas fireplace.  An an air mattress is also available for extra sleeping in the living room.

The kitchen is fully functional and there is a 2 pc bathroom with a separate shower room.  Air conditioning and wireless internet are also available for your convenience.

It has a screened in front porch where you listen to the many birds in the area. Smoking is allowed in the screened-in porch or outside the cottage.  The beach is neaby, about a 15-20 minute walk.  SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED.

A deposit of $450 is due immediately when booking the Bird's Nest, in order to confirm reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.  Late bookings require payment in full.

When checking in, a security deposit of $500 per cottage is required, paid in cash or with a valid credit card.  This will be returned in full if there are no damages, missing items, charges for extra housekeeping or other issues requiring additional payments.

Note: Any person regardless of age is counted as a person in the occupancy of a cottage.
