"Margaret's Place" is an inspirational three bedroom cottage located at 3893 Victoria Rd. This character cottage was built in 1921, lovingly restored with attention to detail in 2005 with cathedral ceilings, maple floors, beautiful wood trim, stunning new kitchen with dishwasher and completely equipped for your convenience.

The 3 bedrooms have ample room to accomodate 6 people with 2 double beds and a queen bed. The bathroom has a shower with an old-fashioned tub.lt;/p>

Stained glass windows are found in the large, enclosed porch. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the history of Crystal Beach and modern amenities such as air-conditioning, satellite TV, VCR/DVD, BBQ, microwave, wireless internet.

The big backyard with a chiminea is beautifully landscaped in season and can be used for outdoor activities. Smoking permitted outside. The cottage is located just a few minutes stoll to the beautiful sandy beach.

JULY AND AUGUST - VACATION RENTALS - FRIDAY TO FRIDAY

Check in is 6 pm Friday. Check out is 11 am Friday. Maximum of 6 overnite guests.

Weekly rate - $1200 plus $50 light cleaning fee - Total $1250

Deposit of $625 is due immediately when booking, in order to confirm reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. Late bookings are due in full.

When checking in, a security deposit of $500 per cottage is required, paid in cash or with a valid credit card number. This will be returned in full if there are no damages, missing items, charges for extra housekeeping or other issues requiring payment.

Note: Any person regardless of age is counted as a person in the occupancy of a cottage.
