The "Crimson Cottage" is available for bookings through Cari Cottages. Your request for vacation rentals will be forwarded to the owner, who will contact you to make arrangements. Retreat requests will be handled through Cari Cottages according to your requirements. The large, 2 storey cottage has five bedrooms, that comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. There's 2 queen size beds, 2 double beds and one single bed, two futons and a pullout couch. There are also 2 bathrooms to accommodate your family or group, the upstairs has a separate shower room. On the main floor, there is a spacious area that is ideal for families to gather, groups to hold workshops or trainings, or use for meeting and various activities. The kitchen is open to the dining room where meals can easily be prepared and served. Off the dining room, there is a quiet room with a desk. One of the bedrooms is also on the main floor. On the second floor are the other four bedrooms and also an open area with a futon that can be used for extra sleeping or a small work area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large screened in porch as the sun rises and as it sets you can roast marshmellows around the chimenea in the private backyard. You can BBQ on the back deck that opens off the kitchen, or use the spacious separate dining room for dinner. The kitchen is bright, cheery, and fully equipped. There's even a dishwasher! It has satellite TV, DVD/VCR, with smoking allowed on the screened in porch. Only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach! Spending a weekend or a few days at our Crimson Cottage will give your group an opportunity to relax, reflect and renew their mind, body and soul while enjoying the peaceful solitude and comfortable surroundings. RENTAL INFORMATION FOR VACATION RENTALS - JULY AND AUGUST - FRIDAY TO FRIDAY CHECK IN TIME IS 6 PM FRIDAY. CHECK OUT TIME IS 11 AM FRIDAY. MAXIMUM OF 12 OVERNITE GUESTS. Weekly rate - $1350 plus $50 light cleaning fee = $1400 total Deposit of $700 is due immediately when booking, in order to confirm reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. When checking in, a security deposit of $500 per cottage is required. This will be returned in full if there are no damages, missing items, charges for extra housekeeping or other issues requiring payment. Note: Any person regardless of age is counted as a person in the occupancy of a cottage. |
